The Galveston County Master Gardener Program classes are conducted one time a year beginning in early February, lasting approximately eight weeks. Classes are conducted, generally, each Tuesday and Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m.
During the course of the year, we collect names and the contact information of those individuals who are interested in the next Master Gardener training course. Toward the end of December, packets are mailed to those individuals. Each packet contains the official application, a list of Frequently Asked Questions and Answers about the program, and the unofficial class schedule.
