Constitution
- Article VIII: Finances.
- Section 1. Dues
- Shall be collected by the Treasurer. The amount of the dues will be prescribed in the By-Laws. Dues shall be by the semester or by the year and collected from all the members.
- Section 2. Income
- All income collected by the organization will be deposited in the Memorial Student Financial Office or as dictated by University Policy. Accurate financial records will be maintained and balances made known to the membership in a timely manner. A detailed balance sheet shall be made available to the membership at meetings.
- Section 3. Disbursements
- The officers with the advisors approval shall have the power to make disbursements in accordance with the By-Laws. Disbursemments will follow MSC Finance Center or University Guidelines
- Section 4. Budget
- A semester budget shall be made each semester. All debts owed shall be paid in a timely manner.
