Constitution
- Article IX: By-Laws
- Shall set policy and procedures not outlined in the Constitution. By-Laws shall be voted on by the general membership and will require a 3/4 majority vote to pass or to amend a specific By-Law. The By-Laws shall practice policy determining methods and amounts of disburment. By-Laws may be proposed to the Executive Committee by any general member. The Executive Committee will review the proposed By-Law to the general membership for approval.
- Article X: Amendment
- Section 1.
- This Constitution may be amended by 2/3 vote of the general membership. One week's notice of any proposed change must be given before action can be taken.
- Section 2.
- This Constitution must be reviewed and resubmitted every two years as stated in Student Activities Guidelines.
- Article XI: Statement of Authority.
- This Constitution shall supersede all previous constitutions and will serve as the governing document. The Constitution will take effect immediately following ratification by a 2/3 majority vote of the general membership.
